B.O.S.S. | Beverage Ordering Service System
As a white-label project for Pechanga, B.O.S.S. (Beverage Ordering Service System) revolutionized the casino experience by enabling guests to order drinks directly from their slot machines. I spearheaded the UI redesign, balancing brand alignment and user-centric design while adhering to the vendor's technical constraints. With a light-on-dark interface for optimal visibility and seamless functionality, the system enhanced guest satisfaction, reduced order errors, and provided real-time data insights for strategic decision-making.
